To Hold Memories in Your Hands...
You have the most beautiful photos that are just sitting in your phone gallery. You got to print out the one or two you loved, but the other is just collecting dust in i-cloud. I find so many clients don’t take advantage of a resource I even try to provide for them myself: photo albums!
Back in the day we used to print out hundreds of photos and slip them into those flimsy plastic sleeves inside an empty album purchased at Michaels. I’m here to say, out with the DIY albums! For my own family, I decided to make complete printed photo albums in order to display the many years of professional photos we have had done. They turned out absolutely beautiful, so in turn, I decided I would offer this additional service to my clients.
HERE is the page about albums, but I plan to dive into it here as well.
These photo albums are hardcover, matte, and the perfect size for display. The size begins at 20 pages, but if needed we can add on more. It may sound like a hassle, but all you need is to select your photos and I’ll handle the rest. I directly curate the albums based on the photos I was given to show the most optimal layout. Keep in mind, the creation and print of these albums take time, about 3-4 weeks.
Why order a physical album? Everything we do nowadays is on our phones, so in the spirit of cultivating a more analogue lifestyle I encourage everyone to lean into the slow fading physical media. There is nothing more special than one day being able to flip through an album composed of beautifully immortalized memories. These books make great coffee table decorations, gifts, yearly updates, and more. Families especially, your kids grow up so fast. A way to side by side see how they have changed throughout the years is a wonderful thing and the main reason I have zero regrets regarding the creation of my personal albums.
There are so many creative things that could be done with these albums too. Senior photos, a baby album, yearly family session updates, a holiday book, a wedding album, or anything else. The choice is yours and I highly encourage you to let yourself fall in love with being able to hold the memories you captured in the palm of your hands.
