The Booking Process

Before the session, we work together to select a day and time that works best. I require a $100 retainer before your session + a signed service contract. I provide all these and I walk you through every step!

After you book your session, for families I send you a what to wear and what to expect guide is sent and a client questionnaire. I am always here to help assist with the wardrobe. For family sessions, your location determined approximately 1 week before the session [based on client questionnaire.

For newborn sessions, I send you a prep guide + client questionnaire! Everything you need to know about your newborn session is in the prep guide. Of course, you can email me with questions!

For off-site locations, I will provide necessary props, blankets, and stools (to get good angles) that will add more life to your session! It's important to stay relaxed and stress-free. When parents are irritable it tends to rub off on their kids, let me them be their unique selves.

Booking Policy/Info

The retainer must be paid within 7 days after your invoice is sent in order to schedule your session & hold your date. I cannot guarantee any certain image/shot at any session. Fall is my busiest time of year, during this time, my turnaround time increases to ensure each client's gallery is perfect. I have a no show = no refund policy and rescheduling is at my discretion. I cannot promise the perfect sunrise/sunset session.
