The Options are Endless...
So you just got a beautiful gallery of photos back from your photographer. You look at them and you're in absolute love with them, they turned out better than you ever could have expected... but now what? How can you prevent these pieces of moments trapped in time from collecting dust saved on your phone. Don't worry, I've compiled a list of ideas of what to do with your photos to make them worth their while!
1| Update your Social Medias
Let's be honest, once you get caught up in routine your personal social media probably takes the back burners. Here's the thing though; This is the perfect way to update family and friends on where your life is and how you're doing. Use those beautiful photos to update profile pictures, banners, or just make a post admiring them! This way, you're able to show them off to others, but also give them some purpose in updating that old profile picture you've probably had since 2016. If you post with your photos, be sure to tag your photographer, we always love to see them :)
2| Make a Gallery Wall
Gallery walls are some of the most fun ways to turn your pictures into art pieces and hoe decor. You can add the printed photos in decorative frames, use other wall decorations to complete the look, and make it fit what your homes style. This is an easy solution if you tend to update your photos often, since you can easily swap put the photos inside the frame as your family grows!
3| Print Canvases or frames
Now this is one of my personal favorites. For a photographer, I get family photos done of my own family every year, and I love sending them off to get printed on Canvas/framed prints. It's an alternative to a photo wall, making these gorgeous photos a real center piece on large walls. They can really help fill up empty space, and draw peoples eyes to them.
4| Get Photo Albums Printed
A new found love of mine. Just recently, I decided to send in photos to get printed into multiple page albums of my family, and can I say WOW! I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone! They make perfect displays for book shelves, side tables or coffee tables, and make for fun memories to look back on for anyone. They are so customizable and all have their own very unique charm. Speaking of, if you're interested in this option, I am more than happy to help you get one designed and printed! The info for these will be available very soon!! My lay flat albums info can be found here!!
I am positive there are other methods of utilizing your photos that I failed to mention, but these are just some examples to get the gears turning. The truth is, the photos should be appreciated beyond just getting them, and it can be hard knowing what exactly to do with them after you receive them. So please, consider any or all of these methods of showing your photos some love!
As always, don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or suggestions! Until next time!
